Called into interview directly after receiving the application. Started with emphasising the relaxed nature of the situation and the preference of method and thought process to be demonstrated over memory or knowledge. Overall very open and the interviewers (the head of the stress analysis department and a previous intern) were extremely friendly, helpful and eager to listen.
