There was no physical interview. You basically just answered easy "yes or no" questions through text message. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. They will basically hire anyone.

Quick and easy, I stumbled through my words and they still let me on through. Most important thing is availability, which I unfortunately didn’t meet. But if they have slots available, you’re ambulatory or even in you have a pulse, they’ll take you.
