First one on one interview Then a group interview. The group is extremely big like class size and everyone is asked questions and you don't have to answer. But if you don't talk or rarely talk or give off a bad vibe you will be excused and cut from the group.

Depending on how desperate they'll be, they'll just immediately hire you on the spot through email when you apply. No phone screening or anything. Took me about a week to hear back. I applied in the spring.
