      I applied online in Atlanta Ga. I called to Check the status of my application. The Hr lady talked with me over the phone for 10 min describing the duties and company and pay. Then she scheduled a Skype interview which lasted 30 minutes it was normal interview questions. she was very nice and personable and when the interview was done she told me she would contact me in three days after verifying I had a valid License. But unfortunately I had no idea my license was suspended so I wasn't offered the next steps in the hiring process :-(

      We appreciate your interview feedback for our Atlanta location. We do require a valid Driver's License and clean driving record in order to be consider for most branch positions. In the future if all of this becomes clear and validated, feel free to reapply!

      Great Interview Experience! My interview process with SIXT was smooth, professional, and overall a really positive experience.       The recruitment process is clear and organized, with three steps: an initial screening call, a second interview with the direct manager, and a final role-play with higher management. While the process itself ran smoothly, the experience after the final interview was unexpectedly disappointing. The feedback during the final round was very positive, which made the complete silence that followed even more surprising. Despite multiple polite follow-ups over the course of nearly a month, I received no reply — until a generic automated rejection email arrived without any context, explanation, or feedback. For a company that positions itself as highly selective and demanding, this level of communication falls well below what one would expect from a professional hiring process
