DO NOT INTERVIEW Do not interview for this org, you would be wasting your time. I interviewed in Apr 21, all rounds were scheduled on the first day. After the first round was done, the coordinator responded back that the next round will happen in few mins. The second round happened after that, that round went well for me, there was no response back from the coordinator, I called him, he didn't pick it up. I followed on the next day as well no response at all. I'll advise not to interview and save your time and energy.

There were 6 rounds of interview, first was hacker rank then they called onsite and took 2 rounds after that they say manger is not here today, we will call you another day. In next date they took another two rounds, then next day they took HR round and director round. And after taking so many rounds and all discussions the feedback was "You are not culturally fit for us". I lost 3-4 days for this rubbish company. After reading Banglore glassdoor reviews Ione should not go for the interview itself.
