I was referred by a former co-worker at another company. She referred me for the Assistant Manager position, but they understood I didn't have the experience for Assistant Manager and told me I was a better fit for Key Holder. The salary for Key Holder was not what I expected, but continued enthusiastically with the interview. They also pointed out in a subtle way that every employee must be "able" to dress from the store, which I thought was rude. Almost as they were telling me I was on the wider side and I couldn't work for them. They told me to go to the store and try on some clothes, specially jeans and see which were my best fit and call them back. I did all they asked for and never got an offer. Definitely they are a company that put image before experience.
