Phone interview with three directors. Introducing my self, asked about experiences I have about teamworks and receiving feedbacks. Directors were looking for a accessible person to work with. I answered mainly with my experiences as an intern at biotech company but the director wanted to hear not about working with people of different backgrounds but when working with coworkers in the same team and similar backgrounds.
