Entrevista
Initial application process consisted of an online application through my university with typical essays that also included an essay on why i wanted to join the company.
The second part of the process included an interview which lasted ~45mins. After typical get to know questions i was asked a technical question regarding a construction site process.
Questions included:
1) Explain what attracts me to Skanska
2) What my advantages/disadvantages are
3) Where i see myself in 5 years
4) If i am prepared to work anywhere in the UK
among the other more standard questions

Entrevista
Video interview after being called by a recruiter. The interview was a mixture of behavioural and practical work theory questions. A very calm interview and they were very sweet and curious about my CV in a good way.

First did a really short phone interview and then was invited to an on-site interview. Most of the questions were very basic and behavioral and moral questions. They had a set list of questions that needed to be asked to every interviewee.

Fairly picky questions, You are expected to be calm during the interview and should do some research backgrounds on the company. The lady on the phone is very nice person and tend to repeat the question if you misheard or not sure
