Entrevista
I attended a group interview in November 2018. There were about fifteen of us in the room. Firstly, we were split into pairs and told to introduce ourselves. We then introduced our partners to the rest of the group. The other key activity was also played out in pairs, in which we had two minutes to pick anything in the room and present a sales pitch for it. We were then given a clipboard to fill out our availability and chosen stores, and that was pretty much it. The whole process probably took around 45 minutes.

Entrevista
Was pretty easy, applied online, then the manager reached out offering me to come to a group interview with around 10-20 other people. Regional manager was there and we just did some group activities then at the end had a one on one with one of the store managers. Had to fill out a sheet regarding avaliablity, experience etc. Good experience.

A group interview after the initial application. It was a large group but rather easy. They gave a scenario about selling a shoe in smaller groups and presenting it in front of the others.
