My interview started on a very positive note. The Talent Acquisition Manager was encouraging, told me several times they supported my candidacy, and left me with a strong impression that my profile was a good fit. However, after being told I would receive an update within a few days, I never heard back. Even after sending a polite follow-up email weeks later, I still received no reply. This silence was especially unpleasant given the positive words shared during the interview. I understand that companies often have to choose between strong candidates, but completely ignoring applicants after promising feedback feels unprofessional and disrespectful. A simple “yes” or “no” would have shown far more respect for the time and effort candidates put into the process.

I had 3 interviews- first one with a recruiter, the second one with my future Direct Manager and the third one with my Division Head. The interview process was quite fast as the position was already vacant and they needed a replacement to start asap but after accepting the offer, getting the employment agreement took longer than promised.
