Initial communication was made through a friend who already worked at the company. I sent my resume and portfolio and was contact and had an interview scheduled for two weeks out. The interview process is very hierarchical, and requires three interviews, one with a technical director, one with design director and one with a managing director present. The design director who was supposed to be at my second and third interview did not show up for either of them, and they wanted me to come back a fourth time, luckily that was not necessary and they made an offer anyway. The whole process took close to three months.

The overall process is about 40 mins with 2 directors. It started with my self-introduction, then sharing my portfolio with them. In the end, they raised some questions about me and some projects in my portfolio.

Entrevista
Talked with 2 directors for about 45 mins. Very informative process and they were patient. Did a brief self introduction and description of current job then proceeded into portfolio discussions. Asked why I am passionate about the specific role I was applying to. Got offer from HR within a week.
