it only went once for the interview, and it went well without too much surprise. This really depends on who is your interviewer. I didn't get much detail preparation for this interview and I didn't have the strongest plan to move to SF. However, the interviewer has a easy-going personality and is very smart and experienced to tell if my introduction or the way expressing my thoughts is fitting their need.
