If you are contacted online by the recruiter be aware that they are collecting candidates to "interview" as they already have a person selected for the role. They will interview you and act as if you are wasting their time when in reality they are wasting yours.

Entrevista
Internal recruiter reached out to me, and we set up time to talk. The first thing I noticed is that she appeared to be in her pajamas. She kicked off the interview by speed reading through a canned script. The overall impression was that she could care less and was just going through the motions (I thought possibly they had already selected a candidate. If so, why not cancel the interview?). Disorganized and uncomfortable. I left knowing I would not be pursuing this opportunity. Very weird experience.
