Phone interview, one face to face, met 3 staff members they were very accommodating and collaborative. Wanted to make sure it was a fit for me before they were concerned if it was a fit for them. They truly seemed to care about my carer and if i had thought it out for myself, to make sure I would be happy with the environment. Let me know that I would be setting my own expectations of myself.
