The interview process for a basic job at Skilljar is tedious. They conducted 5 behavioral interview rounds, though the people i met were nice. Their recruiting team is not good at all, they were not able to provide accurate info about the process or the interview format and some invites had incorrect info. I followed up with questions and they never responded and after the final round they were never able to provide the status of my application even after a follow-up following the final round. They added more frustration to the whole process. A total waste of time(about a month), I would never apply here again.
