The interview process began with a call from the recruiter, followed by a chat with the hiring manager to gauge the alignment of the candidate's aspirations with the position interviewing for. This was followed by a online coding test that checked the technical aptitude of the candidate. The final round was a set of 4 interviews for a holistic assessment of the candidate that ranged from Tech interviews to Values Interviews. The overall interview process for me spanned through 3 weeks. It was a great experience where the Skillshare team kept in constant touch, exhibited promptness and transparency and were extremely considerate with the interview schedules.
