Interview took over 6 hours, Was told throughout the process that if you performed bad they would remove you from the pool. I wasn't removed and had the final meeting with HR. After 6 hours, over 3 tests and more interviews I was promptly rejected with no real explanation other than a generic "were moving in a different direction.
