Unprofessional and conducted both online and in-person. The owner of the company is a 40 something stuck in a 20 something mindset, very unprofessional and wanted to get the interview over and done with so seems?

Entrevista
To start with was great, I received an interview asking me to do a task and then told they loved my concept and invited me for an interview. After the interview I head nothing for weeks. I followed up with an email asking about the status of my application and still received no response. Really rude and disappointing.
