Applied on Saturday and got a response on Sunday to schedule an interview. I think they use an automated system or something but the email provided time slots, I responded and provided my availability and the follow-up email provided completely different dates. That felt a bit disorganized. I was sent interview questions ahead of time; the interview did not touch on those questions. This was supposed to be a screening call (that's what it was titled) but they asked for a very detailed explanation of a program and what I did, and probed in a way that made it unclear what they're looking for. They also said "let's make this conversational" but it was a very much a one-sided glass situation. All in all, the interview was quite off putting.

Entrevista
Had a phone interview with HR recruiter, made it through round 1. Didn't receive an offer. The role seemed new and the JD was not fully established. Overall, seemed like a great company
The interview process was quite lengthy with about six interviews in total. This meant I was able to meet many team members, but it was definitely an intensive time commitment.
