1st - Application form with Competence Questions 2nd - Programming test asking you to build a scheduler for a set of Tv programs within the time frame they allocate to you. 3rd - Telephone interview asking how to went about doing the programming for the assignment they assign to you and how you could improve what you have done to make it better. 4th - An assessment day which again is another programming task working in pairs. In this task they ask you to program again. People can struggle due to the pressure you are put under but if you know programming inside out this shouldn't be a problem.

Applied online and was sent a coding test with 3 days to complete - average test which hasn't changed over the years next stage was an assessment day where we were split into groups and given a coding challenge to complete. many issues with the provided software which meant you did not have the full time during sprints to work on the challenge during the assessment day half the group were taken away for a group discussion which was a strange interview process but all in all the day was not too challenging was advised we would hear the outcome within 1 week but had to chase this up. online portal advised the application had been withdrawn but i hadn't withdrawn this - eventually received an email advising unsuccessful outcome and we'd be contacted via phone to receive feedback. Still waiting for that call .... All in all the interview process is not hard, but the sheer lack of communication and organisation throughout has definitely put me off applying for more roles with the company
