They called you very fast after you applied the position and different people called 3 times to ask you to walk in their office to do the interview. However, when I walked in, too many people came to do interview. I would be talked with HR, general manager. They were not familiar with insurance industry, they just asked some basic and unprofessional questions and they pretended they are very knowledgeable. However, when I asked them back, they knew nothing. just like normal people who would like to purchase insurance. They said they will call to do second interview, I will never pick the phone up and come back.
