I interviewed with them through a third party company LHH recruitment and I was hired as a billing analyst per contract to hire, but unfortunately due to a budget cut I was laid off, but still had a great relationship with management so recently I went through the same process to get hired for sales operations Specialist but after getting hired they ran my background and said I failed my drug tests because I use medical marijuana and it’s legal in my state and I have a medical card and the first time I was hired with no issues with the same circumstances. So, I was a bit in shock and not sure what has changed since last time I worked there from December 2024-March 2025. My manager didn’t seem to know what happened either.
