Very unorganized interview. Received a phone call to attend a face to face interview. When I went to the office, the front desk had no idea about the scheduled interview. After looking into past email, they found out details. I was led into a room and kept on waiting. A person came in, about 10 minutes late, with a copy of my resume in his hand. He started reading my resume in front of me, obviously he did not read it before. And asked few random questions. At the end, he said that they would let me know after one week. He was in a rush to attend some other meeting. Two weeks passed, no response. So I enquired by email, no response. Then I phoned and the company let me know that another person has been hired. Morning shows the day - the interview process gave me a clear impression about the company.

Interviewed by many levels in the company starting from the director in each division followed by some of their colleagues and ending with the president. Pretty informal to start with and ended formal.
