Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela SkyWest Airlines (Sacramento, CA) em mai. de 2016
Entrevista
The interview started off with the flight attendants giving an introduction of the company and position. They went through all the duties and responsibilities, and mentioned the start date for flight training. After they were done, they gave us about 15 minutes to decide whether or not we wanted to continue the interview process. For those that stayed, we had to prepare a 60 second speech as to why we thought we would make a great flight attendant, and present in front of the group. My best advice for this would be to say something that stands out. A lot of people mentioned having customer service experience, so I decided to take a different approach and spoke about how I would be able to manage working odd hours and being bilingual.
They ended up picking 9 of us (out of 30ish) for a 1:1. During the 1:1 they asked me about my work history, experience, and situational questions. I was given an offer three weeks later.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
