I did my interview in San Francisco, there were 70 of us that time. They gave an introductio about SkyWest who they fly for and the culture. They asked us "Why would we become a great flight attendant?" They gave us time to think about our answer and we were called one by one to speak in front of everybody. Then they deliberated and asked 15 people for the one on one interview.

It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
