After applying online, I was invited to attend one of the group interview sessions. There were a lot of people at the group interview session I attended. Don't be late, they don't accept anyone late for any reason. They divided us into two groups and put us in two rooms after doing a height check and taking resumes. First they talked about the company and a little bit about what is expected, went over some of the rules like no visible tattoos. Then they gave us a break and told us when we came back to be prepared to take a minute to talk about ourselves and why we want to be a flight attendant. We all presented when we came back and took another break. They posted a list of names on the door at the end of the break of who would proceed to interviews. It was a really short list. I didn't make the cut, but neither did some people I was sure would be on the list. Not sure what they were looking for that day, but it's ok.
