Everyone who has been selected to "show up to interview" is in one or two rooms (mine was at a hotel) and they gave you one minute to get up in front of everyone and say why you want to be a Flight Attendant. After that, they put you in smaller groups and you were pulled out for a short individual interview with one of the Chief FA's. Shortly after, I received an email telling me I had been selected for the job and given dates of the training class.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
