Applied online, got a email for a group interview invite. Prepared and studied up on questions on here. When I attended the interview there was a group of was big or small depending on where you live. Got asked why you want to be a Flight attendant? You have sixty seconds to answer. Everyone goes than you wait outside you come back after a few minutes if your name is on a list than you get a face to face interview, if it's not you go home and re apply in 90 days!
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
