The interview with Sky West was very nice. The group being interviewed was pretty large. All of us were fairly nervous, but they played a couple of games to make us loose our fear. I remained upbeat throughout the entire process and I was offered the job a couple of days later.

Why do you want to be a Flight Attendant for Sky West
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
