Received email invite to group interview. Attended group interview along with 20 others. HR rep spoke and showed videos of the company. Mainly employees talking about flight benefits and how great the company is. The manager was honest, $9.00 hr, 12 hr minimum and 22 hr max for shift hours. Swing shift, which means you drive to and from work 3X during your shift. Group interviewed with 5 people. General behavioral questions.

Simple for the most part, general questions some specialized, interviewer was very helpful with any questions being asked, explained benefits, how bid scheduling works and the possibilities of advancing within.

Entrevista
I was called in for an interview with the station manager. We sat down and a nice, friendly talk about my background. It all went very smoothly. It was pleasant and not at all stressful. The questions asked were the usual, I would say. It was not a bad experience.

Entrevista
The interview process for me was a different for me because that was my first group interview. I thought it was great, it gave us a chance for us loosen up a little bit, get to know who we maybe be working with in the near future. Being able to ask a questions, also someone else may have needed to know that answer to that question and didn’t think of that question or forgot.
