Started with presentation from 6 pilots (CRJ & ERJ). Interviewed by captains and they pulled us out one at a time in the presentation. Only regional I interviewed for. Received phone call a week later offering me the job
It was a 1.5-hour relaxed conversational interview. We started with the HR questions and quickly went over the technical questions for over 1 hour. My interviewer was an FO and was very calm and professional. I actually enjoyed the 1.5-hour online interview.
