The interview was conducted via video link. It was a great experience for me. I felt the questions were direct, clearly stated, and appropriate to the job. There were questions from HR, Safety, Maintenance, and Flight Operations.

The interview was conducted via Zoom call. The interview lasted for around two hours. I got the interview by applying through their website and by being a SkyWest cadet. The interview was difficult, but the interviewer made the experience very comfortable.
