I'm have been applying for the 3rd time, hiring managers are real racists! From my 3rd attempts, I conducted the video interview really perfectly! From morning to night I was thinking critically about every question. I have an accent in English, and they may not like me as a person I do not know. Usually, when people conduct a video interview with them, they receive an email with a job offer. At my 3rd attempt , I was not immediately rejected, they assigned me an interview by phone for 30 minutes, they asked me in your resume between 2 jobs you have gaps, what you were doing at that time ? When I looked at my resume, I didn't see any gaps. They lied about it just only to remove me from the hiring process, and then asked: "If you see that the second flight attendant is rude to a passenger, what would you do?" Or why not? I answered well my actions, but they shouldn't ask me about situational questions again, if already completed the interview, what is your weakness? What do you need to improve? They don't value people's time, their experience, skills, if they don't like you as a person, they disrespect you. I will never reapply with them. I have already received a job offer from another company awaiting my training. I will share my experience everywhere.
