Traveled all the way to CLT FOR AN INTERVIEW thought I aced it but sadly got a tbnt I really felt like it was a waste of time luckily I got a CJO from another airline and tbh I really don’t think it matters anymore what airline your starting off at atleast I will get my foot in the door and gain experience to go mainline eventually

If you and your co worker got into a disagreement what would you do
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
