Simple STAR questions. Some of them are worded weirdly so be prepared. Interview was simple with three Skywest flight attendants running the event. Nice and friendly. They had us doing 3 interviews at a time in one big room.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Online interview that was delivered through email and the email shared me to confirm interview date which I did for a Wednesday and prepared for the interview very well and very professional with a touch of organized thanks
