First, I submitted my resume and application online directly on their website. Then, I received additional screening instructions via email. I sent SkyWest two references for them to reach out too. After my reference checks were complete, I attended a virtual group orientation. Then, I scheduled a virtual 1-on-1 interview. I received a conditional training offer the day after my interview.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
