multiple rounds of interviews with many people in the company. perhaps one of the most comprehensive interview processes I've ever been a part of. The most impressive part was a 6 hour case they had me work on. It was tough! But in the end, they liked my work and made me an offer. I feel comfortable knowing that they care about the people they allow into their culture. It's a process that I wish more companies would follow.
