The interview was in a small room with another applicant sitting next to you. Very distracting. Felt informal and rushed. It was hard to focus with someone else sitting next to you also interviewing.

The hiring process was very smooth. I applied to the position on the hospital's website, and I got a call the next day from a recruiter asking if I'd like to come in for an interview the following day. I interviewed and it went excellent, I came back the next day for a shadow and a peer interview and was offered a position. This all occurred within 4 day's time.
