I had a brief phone interview with a recruiter to learn more about the company. Next, I had a 30 min Zoom interview with the hiring manager, primarily spent discussing my past experience. After that interview, the recruiter contacted me soon after to schedule an onsite interview the following week. While onsite, I met with several engineers and the COO. The interviews were focused on my past experience and how it would be applicable in the roll I was applying for (nothing out of the ordinary for a System Engineering interview). I appreciated meeting with different people in the organization to be able to learn more about the company. Overall the interview process was quick and the recruiting team was extremely responsive to any messages I sent them.
