Entrevista
I got ghosted by the company.
After applying, I got a quick response for a first interview with Wanda Gichanga. That seemed to have gone well because the same day after the interview I got an invite to an online assessment on AssessFirst.
After this, I never heard back again. I followed up a week after the interview (this was in May) and then again in June. No response - not even a generic 'sorry, we're not proceeding with your profile' email.

Entrevista
I had my initial screening for a Senior Mechanical Engineer position over Google Meets. The questions were general, focusing on my resume and past experience. The conversation was very relaxed and the interviewer was friendly, which made for a positive atmosphere.
