Entrevista
The interview was approximately four hours long. I met with 4 groups of 2 people. Each had different things to ask about, mostly related to company culture. There was a coding assessment which I spent a good amount of time on but there wasn't much talk about it in the interview and those that did talk about it didn't really know what they were looking at. At first I was excited because I thought that it was a neat coding assessment which could demonstrate a lot about my engineering abilities, but then I was disappointed because no one seemed to really care about it. I was also disappointed in the end because they told me they would contact me either way, but never did. I even reached out to a hiring manager personally and thanked him for bringing me there and asked for feedback so that I could be successful moving forward, but still nothing.

They asked many questions about how I would resolve difficulties with others in the workplace and how I would resolve other people's difficulties as well. I got the impression, and they told me a few stories, that they've really had a problem with toxic employees/work environment.

Lengthy and uniformed. They kept changing the position and department it would report to. The interviewee from sales seemed disinterested and talked the entire time about growth and not the position. I had no chance to talk, so the interview was a waste of time. Don't bring someone in if you already know you aren't interested.
