The general interview process is neutral. One interviewer was fairly aggressive and failed to make everyone engaged in the hiring process by not looking at the me while I tried to answer the questions.

The interview process had 3 rounds. First round was just about getting to know my graduate program, projects, start date of work etc... The initial screening was only for 20 minutes. Second round was technical interview.
