First round screening with HR followed by an hour technical interview with a senior employee and final 2-3 hour interview both being technical/behavioural. HR informed me that the team wants to schedule a final interview but were not able to schedule for around 3 weeks with reasoning being the engineers are unavailable. After around 4 weeks, the HR representative was able to give me a timeslot for the final interview but less than 24 hours before the interview, they informed me that they had sent out all the offers they were planning on and cancelled my interview. From my end this seems like poor managing from the company/higher-ups and should at least conduct all the interviews prior to making decisions/offers. My advice to candidates is to schedule/demand interviews as early as possible as this company seems to operate as a first come first serve. Advice to the employers is to have decency to conduct all the interviews as candidates have to be involved in the process for weeks and it is very disappointing that your final interview gets cancelled with such short notice.
