Initial calls with recruiter and hiring manager were pleasant and enjoyable. Slalom does a good job maximizing time for the interview process. However, the recruiter emailed me to schedule time for a rejection call which was absurd and a waste of my time in my opinion. If you’re going to call to reject someone, don’t waste their time with an email to set up a meeting. Or just send an email rejection letter in the first place.

The overall interview process was great! The follow up was spot on and no ambiguity was portrayed. Being a new market you would think this would be an issue but they made it seem like they have been operating for years! I would rate them a 10 out of 10.
