I was introduced to someone on the talent acquisition team through a Slalom employee that I previously worked with. The interview process started with a phone screening and was followed by two in person interviews. The first in person interview was with two consultants and the practice area director. The second in person interview was with the managing director and the general manager. I talked to all of these people one on one. All of the interactions throughout the interview process were conversational with topics ranging from work experience to interests outside of work. Everyone I talked to thoroughly answered all of my questions and provided a clear description of what to expect working at Slalom.
