      Entrevista

      The interview process with Slalom was conversational and informative yet challenging and thorough. I met or spoke with a total of 8 people across both the local and cross market (national) teams. From start to finish, the entire process (first conversation to offer) took approximately one month. One of the stages in the process involved role playing a candidate call based off a given profile, while the rest were generally centered around drive, experience, motivations, and alignment with core values. I enjoyed that Slalom seemed equally as invested in determining if they were the right next step in my career as they were assessing my fit for the role and team. The process overall was rigorous (by design) but I left feeling as though I had a good sense of what life at the company would be like.

      The interview process was very relaxed and conversational in nature. I never felt intimidated or nervous and always felt like they were transparent in their answers. My interview process consisted of a recruiter call then two follow up interviews with team members and then a final conversation where an offer was given.

      A few months ago, a recruiter reached out to see if I would be interested in a TA leadership position. I let them know I wasn't looking at the time but would be starting a search early in 2022. They followed up with me in January and I found that impressive so I agreed to a video interview. The call was fairly enjoyable and I learned more about the role and answered some lightweight questions. They said they were going to share my background with the hiring team at a meeting two days after this interview and asked about my availability for a second, 45-minute video interview so I let them know the following week would work. Never heard back. I know ghosting has sort of become mainstream these days but it's something I personally don't do (I am super organized) as I treat candidates like customers. So, my image of this brand has turned from positive to negative.

      We are so sorry this happened. We agree that not following up is not how we want to represent our brand. It is our goal to connect with every candidate who takes the time to meet with our team. It sounds like we missed an opportunity here to show up as our best selves. We have shared this feedback with our TA team with the intention that we all will live up to the candidate experience we expect to provide.

      Very smooth, the recruiter walked me through the process. Came in for 3 interviews. The conversation flowed well. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. Great people! Great company.
