Best interview process I have ever been in! Everyone I met was genuine and interested in what I have done in career so far. I could tell that they loved working at Slalom which made me want to work there as well. I applied online and got an email a few days later to meet for coffee with members of the recruiting team. I then got moved to the next round of interviews where I got a phone call from a consultant and we went over my resume as well as asking me some behavioral interview questions. The final round I was brought into the office for a technical interview which was a data / SQL test in a case format. Overall, the experience was amazing and I'm happy to say that I have joined the Slalom team!

Spoke with recruiter. Didn’t have anything right now; I don’t think anything will come of it. But it was nice of them to reach out knowing I was interested. I’ve interviewed a few times but all three times nothing really happened so hoping I stay in their system.
