The interview process was pretty straightforward. I start talking with a recruiter, then I spoke with a mid-level Consultant, then a more senior leader. Next I was brought in for a case interview with two other leaders. I also go the opportunity to talk with the Managing Director. I appreciated that the process was an opportunity to demonstrate my skills and fit, but also get to know about the office and culture. By the time I finished my in-person interviews, I felt very confident about my fit with the office.
