Entrevista
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I start talking with a recruiter, then I spoke with a mid-level Consultant, then a more senior leader. Next I was brought in for a case interview with two other leaders. I also go the opportunity to talk with the Managing Director.
I appreciated that the process was an opportunity to demonstrate my skills and fit, but also get to know about the office and culture. By the time I finished my in-person interviews, I felt very confident about my fit with the office.

Interview questions for my first three phone interviews were a nice mix of situational (how would you work with a client to...) as well as experience-based (how have you handled...).
The final in-person interview was mainly a case interview. The case was straight forward and the interviewers were definitely supportive (not trying to trip me up). There was also a short debrief after the case was done, which was a nice way to end the interview.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
