The overall slalom interview process was approachable and well executed compared to interview processes at other similar consulting firms. Communication with the talent acquisition team and interviewing consultants and office leaders was timely and effective in setting my expectations throughout each phase of the process. Slalom's unique culture came through in every interaction I had with recruiters and hiring team members. The whole process, end-to-end, consisted of 3 rounds of interviews and an offer discussion: 1 initial phone screen and 2 rounds of face-to-face and panel interviews (which included a relevant consulting case study presentation and discussion) with practice-area consultants/leaders and then executive leaders. Having interviewed with several consulting firms throughout my career, slalom's interview process was one of best experiences I have had with a consulting firm.
