Longer then normal; Slalom is absolutely cautious and fastidious of who they hire. Expect at least 6+ interviews with different people. Local Austin recruiter was above and beyond genuine and truthful on where you stood in the process. Utmost professional .

Very messy and lengthy process. The recruiter and hiring team at Slalom move slowly - several months in the process, and they ask me to come on-site for one of the final stages in another country - without them covering any of the travel costs... The interviews were pretty straight forward, but they really need to streamline their hiring process, and maybe as a minimum offer to cover travel/transport costs if you want people to fly in and take a full day out of their calendar.
